Colin Edwards founded Merlin Consulting Ltd in October 2015 to deliver strategic advice to creators of digital health products and to develop robust methodologies to assess the impact of digital health interventions on patient outcomes.

He is passionate about linking advances in digital medicine with traditional research methodologies to deliver highly effective healthcare products and services to patients.

Colin was previously General Manager and Head of Medical Affairs at the Ireland affiliate of Boehringer Ingelheim.
He has hands-on experience in design and project management of large pivotal clinical trials, commercialisation of new medicines, market access, healthcare compliance and communications in the human prescription medicine environment.
